Could anyone please help me understand why my settings file cannot be found?

All of the paths are correct and the webapp worked perfectly on my local machine and on the company server.

I really am pulling out my hair trying to understand what the problem is. Could it be because of the virtualenv? I need Django 1.7 to run the app.

Once again, it was my own fault. Found the issue :) Sorry to be a nuisance.
