Warning: No virtualenv detected at this path. Do you need to create it?

I have a virtualenv name 'venv' in my '/home/<username>'. When I import '/home/<username>/venv' into the blank in Web setting, it shows 'Warning: No virtualenv detected at this path. Do you need to create it?'. What can I do?

How was the venv created?
