Hi,

Since the start of January (around when the scheduled downtime occurred) I have experienced an extreme slowdown in my scheduled tasks. Tasks that used to take 2 hours to run have been taking 10 hours and sometimes do not even finish at all, ever since mid-January.

I have checked if this is an issue on my end by running the same code through the bash console and also on my personal laptop and it always takes the same amount of time to run (2 hours). This is not a tarpit issue either, just to be sure I even upgraded my account recently by buying more CPU seconds and this has done nothing to rectify the issue.

I have been a customer since 2019 and have been very impressed with the service overall, this is the first serious issue I have had and I do hope that it can be rectified. I have emailed about this issue and was told the slowdown may be due to overall traffic on the system, unfortunately there was no mention of any intention to resolve it though.

Hoping to hear that this issue has been acknowledged and that it can be resolved, I look forward to remaining a customer for many years to come!

Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you for addressing this issue! My processes began functioning at their regular speed again a day or two after this post. I appreciate the time taken to look into and address this!
