Sorry to post it on the forum... but I with to contact the support team and would appreciate if you could contact me at the email attached to this account. I've got some issues with my account security and would like to discuss with the support team. I tried couple of times via, support@pythonanywhere.com but only received an follow-up Anaconda email asking me to rate the service without having any return.
