Hi, I've been on a paid plan on PA for years now and I got an email that I'm in the tarpit from my 100 CPU seconds where I usually have 10,000 CPU seconds. I checked my account and I was downgraded to a free account without me touching anything. None of my websites are working. What is going on? Can you please put everything back to what it was before? It looks like my always on tasks disappeared as well.

Sounds good I already repurchased and restarted all my web apps I was afraid things got deleted, but they didn't. I'd still like to know what happened since I use PA for production and this isn't the first time something strange like this happened. Another time a few week ago all of my web apps stopped and my database stopped as well. I can't afford unscheduled downtime like this.
