Around 16:42:23 (GMT) a always on task stopped running. I did not got this message before and Error code look to suggest the csv file the program was looking for could not be found.

Log file shows: Mar 9 16:42:32 OSError: [Errno 116] Stale file handle: #filename# Mar 9 16:42:32 bash: line 1: 7 Bus error bash -l -c

any idea what might have caused this?

We had some hardware issues with one of the servers that provides the files to your processes. That would have caused that if you were accessing a file during a short window as we were fixing it. It should be fine again.
