How can I change the text of "Hello World"

For my site rechentrainer.pythonanywhere.com I would like to change the text, that is shown now, "Hello World": Where can I find the template with that text?

Do you mean default web app? It's in /var/www/rechentrainer_pythonanywhere_com_wsgi.py
