Hi,

I am trying to use YouTubeTranscriptApi and getting the following max retries exceeded. Interestingly youtube.com is not a whitelisted website list.

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.youtube.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /watch?v=B65-Ef9kHEc&t=4s (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))

Can someone help me in resolving this error?
