Whenever I try to make an api call it gives me an error saying '(Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))'.

That's because that site isn't on the whitelist. If the API that it provides is an official public one, we can probably add it; just give us a link to the API documentation.

1 for syncing attendance device date 2 for sending bulk SMS. These two are providing APIs for their client but they do not have any web-accessible documentation; they are working on that. They send me via email.

If they do not have a publicly documented API, then we cannot add it to the whitelist and you will not be able to access it from a free account.

Hello, I need to connect to my own API. There is no public documentation for it, because it is not for the public. but I designed it to also use for my android application. I have a personal api key which only me uses. Does this mean that I cannot connect to my own api on python anywhere? Alternatively, would a hacker account work with this?

@ltpcoder2k4 the whitelist is there to protect other sites from hackers trying to use our site to anonymously attack them -- not to protect users of our site from dangerous external sites. We can only whitelist a site if it has an official documented public API (which is our best proxy for a site that has good security measures in place). If that site has one, please provide a link to the API documentation.
