'at' bash command

I'd like to use the 'at' bash command for a script (specifically to set timezone), but cannot install it through apt-get (not present). what are recommendations, can it be included ?

You can't install at, and we have no plans to support it because you can use a scheduled task for running periodic processes. If you want to set the timezone, you can set the TZ environment variable in your .bashrc.
