My error log suddenly stopped updating more than a day ago and I can't see it now. I can see the old logs in var/log, but the new ones are not just created. When I click "error.log" on the web tab, the blank webpage opens

That just suggests that there have not been any errors to log since the log was rotated and 00:28 on 3 April.
