Add a Domain To The Whitelist

Could you please add www.celestrak.com domain to the whitelist? My web app gives the following error and this error makes the app unusable.

Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden'))
