My Postgres Server Stop working suddenly

My Postgres Server is attached to the application "smartssoft.pythonanywhere.com" server stopped working with error 500.

Now it's about 2 hours passed but no action or restoration of server posters on my application. I can’t connect to the database for backup and restore on another server.

My other application with different user accounts and different Postgres server accounts is working fine but this is not working.

Ι have the same issue. I get the error message "could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "10.0.0.64" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 12421?" with every attempt to connect to the server.

Apologies for not posting here earlier; we had an issue on one of the machines that handles Postgres servers earlier on today, and while we were responding to people who reported issues over email, we should have checked here too so that we could keep you updated. The issue was resolved shortly after the last post was made in this forum thread.

psql: error: connection to server at "10.0.0.64", port 13133 failed: Connection refused Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections? Console closed.

this happened when I was building a new application and restoring Postgres database from the old one. there was a 2 GB disk plan and when it hit 1.9GB, it all happened. now how to restart the server to delete that database?
