Hello!

After chaning the image system from earlgrey to haggis, I've created a new virtual environment .

After creating the virtual env. I went to the web tab and changed the path for the respective virtual env.

Now I can't reload the app. Going back to the old path with the old virtual env, is not working too.

When I visit the page I get a 502.

Any recommendation other than deleting the app and start it all over again?

The same thing just happened to me. Pythonanywhere seems to be unable to access my files.

also I can't visit any associated pythonanywhere pages. like the log files or wsgi. All giving me an error

Same here! Server error on some of the tabs (Files). Also /var/log does not exist anymore

I've got the same issue too. I'm not being able to click an anything (log, reload app, database, console) nothing is working. all down.

Sorry about that. We had a hardware issue that caused issues across the whole cluster. We have fixed it now and everything should be working again, though there may be some logs missing during the outage.
