Looks like the problem with the library you are using.

Yeah, I have tried it with library & without library but got the same result.

The error says it can't open database file -- how is it configured? where does it look for the db file?

I have the same problem, I haven't been able to find a solution for this one yet.

The problem is that pyrogram library works just fine on everyone's machine but is not working properly on your consoles.

Only paid customers can complain on this as free users can't even install this library.
