Hello, I wanted to upload the bot, but it didn't work because of an error. Based on the error, your bot is unable to connect to the OpenAI API due to a ConnectionRefusedError: [Errno 111] Connect call failed ('104.18.7.192', 443) error while attempting to connect to the host api.openai.com over SSL on port 443.

You need to configure the library that you're using to use our proxy. Check the documentation of the library to see how to do that and the details that you need are here
