If I try to open a saved file or create a new jupyter notebook, file, I get the following error message "An unknown error occurred while loading this notebook. This version can load notebook formats or earlier. See the server log for details."
Also, where would I find my logs? I checked all my files but don't see one.
It looks like the message you saw was confusing and we shouldn't display it -- it refers to logs that are not accessible to you. Was the behavior related to the Test2 notebook? That's the one I see I/O errors related with in the logs -- your files are being stored on a server that degraded and had to be reprovisioned yesterday, it looks like it had some issues some time before it crashed which probably affected saving and opening the notebook file. Do you still experience this bahavior and were other notebooks affected?
Yes all notebooks were affected. Also couldn’t open new notebooks. I downgraded my account as it’s unusable.
