OK, that's done now. If you reload your website from the "Web" page inside PythonAnywhere, you'll have just one worker. However, if you upgrade your account or otherwise change your plan settings, that will be undone. Please also note that having just one worker means that your site cannot process multiple requests in parallel, as the other customer said in the forum thread that you linked to.
