I upgraded my free account to paid a week or ago. I wanted to upload my selenium program to your VM's but it seems not to work your VMs are being blocked, its showing a urlib3 error: connection refused, so i would love to get a refund since i can no longer use your services and the paid tier i upgraded to is now useless

I have downgraded to the lower tier and removed all my code from the dashboard, i look forward to being attended to thanks so much
