Internal error. Ticket issued: unrecoverable on page https://____.pythonanywhere.com/admin/default/ - could you tell me what's wrong?

A good place to look for debugging web app errors is the error log -- there's a link on the "Web" tab. If you take a look at yours you should be able to see what's wrong.
