I am creating a small bot for telegram using the telethon api, It continuously shows Network Unreachable error. Can you check on it. I think the apis are not whitelisted. Thanks

This help page gives details on how to request an addition to the allowlist, but the telegram api domains are o the list as far as we know. Make sure that the library you are using is using proxy. See https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/403ForbiddenError#proxy-details
