How to Export/Backup my DB to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio - or other destinations

Halo World.

Am working on backing up the data I have in my SQL table to local destinations like Excel, Access or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio which I've just downloaded.

How do I do this?
