Hello pythonanywhere team. There seems to be some issue with scheduled tasks . I have hourly tasks which were not triggered today. No change was done as such . Please check. Everything was working fine till yesterday and I had to manually run them. They run fine on console.

Could you give some more details? I see a number of hourly tasks set up for your account, but no daily ones.

You're right, my hourly tasks are not running... I can manually launch them in the console and it works, but they don't execute on their own.

So you will answer me in 2042 or what ? I pay for a service and it doesn't work. Check and do something.

Actarus7 our staff work normal (EU) hours so understandably will only reply to forum posts during those times. If you need out of hours urgent support maybe you could try support@pythonanywhere.com. That being said, I see that you're tasks were run every hour but they'll all hitting the same Http error every 5 mins. Have you checked the logs for your tasks?

Yes I did. And the Http error doesn't appear when I manually run my file. Something is going wrong with the task but can't do anything on my side.

If it were me I'd add some more logging to try and see whats different in the two environments
