I am curious if there is a bash command to start a script like "save and run" starts a script and it shows up in the consoles list. When scripts start from my scheduled tasks, they run in the background. I want to know if there is a way to make them start and show up under the consoles list.

No there isn't, but that's an interesting feature request.

Would be neat if there was a command, or just a checkbox by the schedule as you set it up to have it run like a console.

It really is an interesting idea... Non-trivial to implement though. I'll make sure it's on the list.
