After purchasing the hacker plan how long does it take to make effect the custom domain?

I still receive the "Coming Soon!" message that is displayed by PythonAnywhere

There may be multiple factors contributing to a failure or delay, you can check if it's been fully propagated by using services like whatsmydns.net, also check if your DNS settings are correct (using the right CNAME record, etc.).
