Why the message? I've had the site running for years and now no one can see my portfolio.

It looks like your web app has expired, which happens on free accounts after three months if you haven't logged in and clicked a button to keep it activated. You can simply go to the "Web" tab and click the "Run until 3 months from today" button to reactivate it.
