I am using latest Chrome on latest Mac OS X. All console windows (bash and python) are rendered like 1 line high. No such problem with Safari. (Used to work with Chrome, too.) Anyone having similar issues?

What works for me is: - Bring the browser into 100% zoom state. - Only then open any browser tabs with consoles. Now you can also zoom.
This used to work better, I believe. (I never had this before, but I am not a heavy user admittedly.)
Played some more with Safari.
I also manage to get the single-line behavior there.
It also seems to depend on whether one opens a console with a zoom level not equal to 100%.
That sounds right. We haven't changed any of the code the affects this ourselves, but it's possible that WebKit has been updated and Safari has now picked up the code that causes the problem. I've upvoted the issue in our to-do list, as it sounds like it's an increasingly bad problem.
