I am having issues connecting to a Kernel with new notebooks. The Kernel starting message hangs and then I get a message:

Connection failed A connection to the notebook server could not be established. The notebook will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or notebook server configuration.

Some old notebooks still connect all ok, although some don't. So not sure if a server is down?

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

If you have some notebooks working, then the server is fine, because all of your notebooks are on the same server. If you're using a custom kernel in a notebook, it needs specific things installed: https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/IPythonNotebookVirtualenvs/
