I have kept the files in /home/<username>/mysite/wkhtmltopdf/. When the program is trying to access /home/<username>/mysite/wkhtmltopdf/bin/wkhtmltopdf.exe it gives Permission Denied error.
How to I first install the wkhtmltopdf and configure it so that the path is /home/<username>/mysite/wkhtmltopdf/ instead of /usr/bin/?
You need to upgrade your account to the latest system image. There's more information on this help page: https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/ChangingSystemImage wkhtmltopdf is already installed on the latest one.
