I upgraded my account and make it default 1 minute after paying. Second time I used it only 2 days and again made this mistake. Can you pls make double refund, or at least first purchase

OK -- I've refunded both of those payments. The money should be back in your account within ten working days -- normally much sooner, but it depends on how long your bank takes to process refunds.
