help to setup a SSL CERTIFICATE

hello accorging help section I adding a new sslp certificate for my domain www.redv6.com

I got the following error msg:

We were unable to create a Let's Encrypt certificate for your domain right now because your domain is not pointed at PythonAnywhere. Please try again once you have your DNS CNAME setup correctly. Your old Let's Encrypt certificate has been removed.

any ideas?

SOLVED: DELETING THE A RECORD THAT Overrides CNAME record
