Starting around 11:30AM PT, the loading of all pages on my website has slowed to a crawl. Loading the simplest webpages is taking over 1 minute and sometimes doesn't even load. This is effecting every page on my website.

We're not aware of any system issues at the moment that would cause problems like that. Are you getting substantially more traffic than usual? You might need more worker processes if so. You might also want to check out our help page on debugging site performance issues.
