our website have certain pages that where listed top in google ranking but now certain pages are falling from ranking do to some server issue , is there any issue in server side

There are no issues that we're aware of that could cause that kind of problem. Could you expand on what you mean when you say "some server issue"?

It showing two issues, first one high fail rate in server connectivity, it means Google encountered connectivity issues when crawling website. Connectivity error rates are considered a problem if they exceed a baseline value for that day. and next one. And second one high fail rate in Robots,txt file fetching, it means, robots.txt file tells a crawler whether they are allowed or disallowed to crawl a website. In our website we allowed all crawlers, but now crawler cant even fetch that robots.txt file too. Means google crawler cant fetch a single page in our website.

We are using your host for so many years, we didnt face such kind of issue yet, this is the first time. And this issue is started from last week as per the report. But Yesterday evening it show some variations, that crawler could fetch site. but within seconds it again gone, the same issue appeared.

We didnt do any changes to our website, so that why we are asking you to check whether you done any changes or any of your settings blocking google crawler, means there is any conflict between google crawler settings and pythonanywhere settings.

And some google tools are working for all other websites , but for our website and those who websites are hosted in pythonanywhere are not working on such tools, for example the google page speed insights is not working , but it working for other websites without any issues.

These all points that host have some issues, So please check it asap. And also please respond us soon.
