For free account the max size for file upload is 100mb. I want to know what is the max size for other paid accounts. As I have a python model close to 400mb which I wish to upload.

You can customize disk space, its about $0.25 1GB

Max size is the same. If you want to upload bigger files through browser you need to split it into parts in your frontend code.
