Hi,

I am changing my password to a new one which contains 4 digits, 4 punctuation, 4 small and 4 caps letters. The password seems to be changing successfully, but when I log out and try to log back in, I am getting errors of wrong username or password. I have to reset again.

I have done the above procedure at least three times so far, so I am pretty sure I don't type it wrong. (I always used the password).

Only when I use a password length of 8 with small letters and digits I am able to log in again and again.

I think you must take a look.

That's weird. My PythonAnywhere password is 20 characters long and works fine. The only thing I can think of is that there's some sort of bug related to the punctuation you're using. Could you drop us an email at support@pythonanywhere.com with a list of 8 punctuation characters that includes the 4 that you have in your password? Then I can check whether that's the issue.
