The pythonanywhere website itself and my two apps on it are having a lot of problems tonight. It's loading slowly and sometimes ending up in error 500. I have a non profit relying on the apps hosted on pythonanywhere and we are paying for the hosting, this is not the first time that something similar happened (even if it's not very frequent of course). 1) I would like to know where I can find real time info on this kind of problem and why we are not notified when something like this happens (at least paying accounts if not everyone) 2) Do you have an approximate timeline for resolving the issues that are happening today?

yeah today have Error code: 504-loadbalancer ... on server not anybody answer to costumers ... really ı start to hate pythonanywhere.....

Hi there, we had a pretty severe outtage yesterday evening that affected a proportion of our users. I'm sorry that your sites were affected. Our team was working nonstop throughout the night and today to get the problem sorted. @ronrhone We tend to communicate outtages via our Twitter account so maybe that's worth a follow?
