OperationalError at / (1045, "Access denied for user 'adani'@'10.0.0.100' (using password: YES)")

Hi, I'm getting an OperationalError (1045, "Access denied for user 'adani'@'10.0.0.100' (using password: YES)"). I used the password that i created from the database tab. Pls i need help

How are you connecting to the database?

I have fix the issue. I did not add the host to the database setup.
