Blue text under Consoles says Bash but what opens isn't BASH

Oops. Nevermind. Nothing to see here.

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME

I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS REALLY, REALLY AWESOME

What actually happened in case it clarifies something for someone else:

I saw somewhere else that usually sh still points to bash.

I originally thought 'history' command wasn't working and since first line that comes up for i under 'man' said some programs allow it and I knew bash did, when I hit 'echo $SHELL' and saw sh. I thought that explained it, but it doesn't. I made a new console and 'history' command woks there so it was some glitch with my old console that has been sitting there for days. I'll have to keep in mind that these can sometimes go kablooie and test things in a new instance first.

Sorry. Nothing to see here. (Was wishing I could delete this, but I don't see a way.)

Thanks, Wayne

No worries. It's true you can't delete posts, but one option is to hit "edit" on your post, and just replace all the text with "I THINK PYTHONANYWHERE IS AWESOME" - perhaps repeated ten or twenty times...
