Pythonanywhere account (userid) locked..

I had been facing problems with my credit card, so for many months the payment could not be processed, for my python anywhere account. Recently when I started to pickup from where I left, I have found that I am not able to access the account. When I checked my emails, I found that in February or so, 2022, there was an email mentioning that the account was locked due to failed payments.

Can I get suggestions/help on how to unlock the account? Once unlocked I will be able to continue payments with my new credit card.

I have not got any response yet to my emails sent to "support@pythonanywhere.com". Please note, this is about a different userid (vvgm), email was sent from the corresponding email id.

Hi I have made the payment as advised by email from support@pythonanywhere.com (annual plan).

But the URL of my web application has defaulted to vvgm.pythonanywhere.com. I need it back on my custom URL. Please advise.

I believe we already replied you via email -- you need to set up the custom domain again. Here's a help page.
