Is it possible for a Teacher account to SSH to a students console?
Or does it already work and I'm missing something?

No- you can only do that through the PythonAnywhere interface (view the student's account and click into one of the student's console).
You could also ssh in as yourself, and access your students' files at say /home/student1.
