Updating Cairo to latest version

Hello,

I'd like to use the latest version of Cairo in my app, which is 1.16.0 (as of October 2018).

It looks like the Cairo version on PythonAnywhere is 1.13.1 (which seems to date back to 2014).

Is there a way I can update my Cairo version to the latest ?
