Error connect mysql server

I am having mysql server connection problem.

(2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on '94.73.151.62' (111)")

It looks like you're trying to connect to a MySQL server that is outside PythonAnywhere. Free PythonAnywhere accounts can only make outbound Internet connections via HTTP and HTTPS to sites on our whitelist.
