Hello,

I had a website on Pythonanywhere.com But since my credit card was empty and I do not know the email that I used with the account, I noticed that my website is down when I checked I could not login to my account. Since I had a backup of my old website, then I created a new Pythonanywhere.com account and uploaded everything to the new account, now everything works perfect except when I tried to change the web app's name to set a new CNAME record in my godaddy account, then in pythonanywhere.com web tab I got the below error: A web app using this domain already exists my domain name that I need to set my web app name to is "www.panycompany.com" I emailed to support but no answer yet. How can I solve this issue? Thanks.
