My application has been running smoothly since 2021 but all three application with different data base server become slower suddenly since morning

I've checked the load on the server, and it looks like there might be another user on the same hardware that is using more system resources -- I can see increased load from 4am UTC until 8pm UTC yesterday, and today appears to be following a similar pattern. However, the load isn't so high that I'd expect serious slowdowns for other people, and outside that 4am-8pm window, load is the same as it was historically.

Are you seeing things running more slowly during that particular period? Or is it slower all the time? And how much slower is it?
