What's happing ?! All my files and databases are gone from the server. Please Help

Same - all my files and database are missing from the server. Seems like a disk or server issue. When will it be resolved?

yes same just now but my domain is working i cant just see my files only

All my folders and files are gone, my tasks remain.

I think what bothers me the most is that it's been almost 2 hours and no one from pythonanywhere has said anything. We're trying to run businesses here...

Positive note about the missing files, looks like something like this happened in 2019. The files can still be viewed from the terminal line with "ls". I can still see my file storage usage is still at 22% and not 0%. Hopefully, we get an update from Pythonanywhere soon.

My file is gone too!

My file just came back. Definitely a great reminder for me to setup some GitHub daily commit-push task.

We had a problem with one of our servers that should be solved now. Sorry for that. Let us know if problems persist for any of you.
