Hello there, I deployed an app on my account a few months back. It was working fine till now and I have a custom plan set up. I made a few changes to my script a couple of days back. But today I noticed that I can not access my Python script to make the necessary changes. It says the directory doesn't exist. I can't find the directory from the dashboard or the bash console. But somehow I am still able to call the API and get results from the app in the last script state. I also tried to reset my account but can't find that option either. Now what can I do at this point? My custom package is valid till the 24th of September, would I still retain that if I create a new account and delete this?

P.S. This project is for one of my clients, so any help as soon as possible would be much appreciated

We had a problem with one of our servers that should be solved now. That might be related. Sorry for that. Let us know if problems persist for you.
