You have a paid account, so the whitelist does not affect you. If you're getting a 403, make sure you are running the code in a console that you started after you upgraded. If you are still getting a 403 then, it is coming from the site and you need to authenticate with it.

How do I know whether my code is running in the upgraded package?

My scraper is working perfectly fine locally. It gives a 403 forbidden when deployed. I'm sure its being blocked for unexpected reasons, can you consider whitelisting the URL?

On changing the link to "https://elements.heroku.com/buildpacks/akjasim/cb_selenium-python-deployment-heroku" for testing purposes, it works. I screenshotted the current browser state and it gave me this result

Could it possibly be blocking requests from PythonAnywhere? A reply would be appreciated.

When I visit that site, I get an internal server error, so it's anybodies guess what is happening with the site. It is entirely possible that they are blocking requests based on any number of criteria - ip address, geographical location, usage patterns or any number of other things.

If you are a paying user, the allow list has not effect. You have unrestricted internet access when you have a paid account.

Man when u use proxy it worked without proxy it gave me 403 i swear

We do not do anything to the network requests of paid accounts. Check the content of the response perhaps there;s a clue there.
