Proxy error (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', error('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',)))

Hi,

I've got this proxy error when trying to connect to an API service (https://tonkosti.ru/Новости_туризма), I think it's a whitelist problem.

Please let me know if you can do something about it.

Send us a link to the API documentation for the site and we'll consider it for the whitelist.
