It looks like just over an hour ago, you tried to log in repeatedly using the wrong username. We block IPs for an hour when there are repeated authentication failures (to prevent brute-forcing of passwords), so your IP was blocked. That error message is a strange one that I haven't seen in relation to a block before, though. Your IP has been unblocked now, so you should be able to SSH in, assuming you use the right username and password.

You guys should send a email every time the account is block for whatever reason. I tried again it worked and a few minutes later it stopped again
