Two Factor Authentication - Lost Phone

Hi,

I have a separate account that I can no longer access: I had set up Two Factor Authentication with a service like Google Authenticator, but I lost my phone a while back. Unfortunately, due to carelessness and inattention, I was logged out of pythonanywhere on all my devices and my backup tokens have been lost. I don't expect there is much that can be done to recover it (the username is DW42), but if anyone knows a way, I would be extremely grateful.

Thanks, William

Unfortunately there's not much we can do under these circumstances -- when you switch on TFA you're essentially saying, "don't let anyone into this account even if they really do seem to be me", so without some kind of out-of-band identity check (which I don't think we have in this case) we can't really switch if off.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Still, thank you for confirming it!
